Sharon L. James is a leadership expert, certified and licensed by the John Maxwell Team to bring you proven leadership strategies and practices. She has over 22 years of experience in the development of staff, procedures, and curricula. Sharon is a founding member and officer of a corporate Toastmasters Club. Sharon's passion is to serve others by inspiring them to grow beyond their expectations.
